Doctor Biography:

Dr. Naoroze Ferdous is an experienced Eye Specialist and Phaco Surgeon with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of ophthalmic conditions. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Ophthalmology & Hospital, Dhaka. He is committed to providing comprehensive eye care through modern diagnostic techniques, evidence-based treatment, and advanced cataract surgery.

Dr. Ferdous completed his MBBS and joined the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Health Cadre. He further advanced his professional qualifications by earning both FCPS (Ophthalmology) and Master of Surgery (MS) in Ophthalmology, reflecting his dedication to excellence in ophthalmic practice and continuous professional development.

Throughout his professional career, Dr. Ferdous has been actively involved in clinical practice, academic teaching, and patient care. His experience at the National Institute of Ophthalmology & Hospital has enabled him to manage a wide variety of eye diseases while performing modern cataract surgery with precision and a patient-centered approach.

His areas of special interest include General Ophthalmology and Phaco (Cataract) Surgery. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality eye care by utilizing the latest diagnostic technologies and modern treatment methods to achieve the best possible visual outcomes for his patients.

Currently, Dr. Naoroze Ferdous is available for consultation at Retina Glaucoma Center & Superspecialty Eye Hospital (RGC Eye Hospital). His chamber schedule is Saturday (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM), Sunday (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM), Monday (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM), Tuesday (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM), Wednesday (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM), and Thursday (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM). Friday remains his weekly off day.
