Doctor Biography:

Dr. Anisur Rahman Khan is a dedicated Glaucoma Specialist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma and other optic nerve disorders. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor & Consultant at Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital, Dhaka. He is committed to providing comprehensive glaucoma care through early detection, modern diagnostic techniques, and evidence-based treatment.

Dr. Khan completed his MBBS and subsequently earned the prestigious FCPS (Ophthalmology). To further enhance his expertise, he completed a Long-Term Fellowship in Glaucoma from Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital (IIEI&H), where he received advanced training in the diagnosis, medical management, laser treatment, and surgical care of glaucoma.

Throughout his professional career, Dr. Khan has been actively involved in clinical practice, patient care, and academic activities. His experience in a leading eye care institution has enabled him to manage patients with various types of glaucoma, helping preserve vision through timely diagnosis and individualized treatment plans.

His area of special interest is Glaucoma. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality eye care by utilizing modern ophthalmic technology and the latest treatment approaches to ensure the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Currently, Dr. Anisur Rahman Khan is available for consultation at Retina Glaucoma Center & Superspecialty Eye Hospital (RGC Eye Hospital). His chamber schedule is Sunday (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and Tuesday (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM). He is not available on Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
