Dr. Umme Hasina Rumki is a dedicated Eye Specialist and Phaco Surgeon with specialized expertise in the diagnosis and management of neuro-ophthalmic disorders. She is currently serving in the Department of Neuro-Ophthalmology at the National Institute of Ophthalmology & Hospital. She is committed to providing comprehensive eye care through modern diagnostic techniques, advanced cataract surgery, and specialized neuro-ophthalmic evaluation.

Dr. Rumki completed her MBBS and subsequently earned the prestigious FCPS (Ophthalmology). To further enhance her expertise, she received Special Training in Neuro-Ophthalmology, enabling her to diagnose and manage complex conditions affecting the optic nerve, visual pathways, and neurological disorders associated with vision.

Throughout her professional career, Dr. Rumki has been actively involved in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of ophthalmic conditions. Her specialized training allows her to provide expert care for patients with neuro-ophthalmic disorders while also performing modern Phaco (Cataract) Surgery with precision and a patient-centered approach.

Her area of special interest is Neuro-Ophthalmology. She is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, personalized eye care by utilizing the latest advancements in ophthalmology to preserve vision and improve patients' quality of life.
