He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital. With advanced national and international training in glaucoma management, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care using modern diagnostic techniques and evidence-based treatment.

Dr. Sarker completed his MBBS and further pursued higher professional qualifications, earning FPS, MRCS (UK), FICO (UK), and the prestigious FRCS (Edinburgh, UK). His academic achievements reflect his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ophthalmic practice and continuous professional development.

To enhance his expertise in glaucoma, Dr. Sarker completed an Advanced Fellowship in Glaucoma at the renowned New York Eye & Ear Infirmary (NYEE), USA. This specialized training has equipped him with extensive knowledge and experience in the diagnosis, medical management, laser treatment, and surgical care of glaucoma.
